The members of the CE CAMILO team have an integral vision of our work. We combine our professional knowledge with a genuine interest in the person with a disability and his or her socio-familial environment. We know how to take advantage of the contributions of the interdisciplinary team, the family members, and the person with disability to elaborate, carry out and evaluate a personalised care plan for the education and rehabilitation process, based on the felt needs of the person with a disability and his/her family and the resources available at CE CAMILO and the environment.

Willingness to Change and Grow

We at CE CAMILO are characterised by our willingness to change and grow along with the institution. We like to learn and participate in new experiences that contribute to our personal growth and the institutional development of CE CAMILO. We are not afraid of change; we have a positive attitude towards new ideas and processes, and we face problems with optimism. We can sacrifice the comfort of a familiar routine for new opportunities and ways to improve service and attention to our users.

We strive to create and maintain a pleasant institutional climate for both users and colleagues.

We are persevering and innovative in the continuous search for improvements in CE CAMILO's services and the quality of life of people with disabilities. We encourage study, dialogue and exchange, to generate new ideas that enrich, strengthen and renew our work, help to solve the problems that arise and transform the reality that people with disabilities live.

We want to serve others and use our work capacity, our intelligence, understanding and other talents to help all those vulnerable people with disabilities who need the services of CE CAMILO. We are sensitive, understanding, patient and caring towards people with disabilities and their families. We are careful not to create dependency or humiliate them with our pity. We believe in their abilities, and we accept and respect differences.
